  • What should I do if my product breaks?

Although built to last, the Brita® Jug Filter can crack or break due to a variety of unfortunate circumstances. The good news is that if your filter breaks, it will still work. If your adaptor breaks, please call a customer service representative at 1-800-945-0109 and we will send you a replacement adaptor.

  • Why do I need to change my Brita® Jug Filter after two months if I have only used it a few times?

Just like food, water filters have a shelf life. When stored, the filter may absorb contaminants from its surroundings, thus reaching its capacity. To avoid contaminants in your water, replace your filter after two months regardless of usage.
